2. Our Services
We design and prepare curated gift boxes and hampers, many of which are made to order or produced in limited quantities.
Some products displayed on the website are examples of previous or sample gifts and may not always be available for immediate purchase.
All services are currently offered within the United Kingdom only.
3. Orders and Acceptance
3.1 Order Requests
Placing an order or enquiry through our website does not automatically create a binding contract.
3.2 Order Confirmation
An order is accepted only once:
We confirm the details with you, and
Payment has been received in full
Only then does preparation begin.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Unless stated otherwise on the product or order page, delivery costs are not included in the listed price and will be confirmed separately where applicable.

We reserve the right to:
Request payment before starting any work
Refuse an order if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe

We welcome business, corporate, and bulk orders.
Invoices can be issued to companies
Payment terms will be agreed in advance
Additional branding, personalisation, or lead times may apply

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellations
Because many of our gifts are made to order:
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has started
Once preparation, sourcing, or customisation has begun, cancellations are not normally possible
We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit in exceptional circumstances.
6.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, correction, or refund where appropriate.
7. Delivery
We send our gifts using trusted UK delivery partners, such as Royal Mail and other reputable carriers, to help ensure your order arrives safely and in good time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customisation, location, and courier services
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the chosen carrier
While we always aim to support our customers, we are unable to control or take responsibility for delays or issues that occur while a parcel is with the courier
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist and work with the courier where possible.

As many of our products are curated, handmade, or made to order:

Any substitutions will always maintain the overall quality, style, and value of the gift
Images shown on our website are based on real gifts we have created or prepared. They are provided for guidance, and minor variations may occur due to the handmade and curated nature of our products.

Our curated gift concepts may be inspired by popular themes or brands; however, the presentation, photography, descriptions, and overall brand experience are our original work and may not be copied or reused without permission.
If you submit reviews, feedback, testimonials, or other content to us (including via the website, email, or social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and share this content for marketing, promotional, and service-related purposes.
Third-party product names and brands remain the property of their respective owners.
