We currently deliver across England and Wales.
If you require delivery to another location, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to discuss availability and possible delivery options based on the destination and the nature of the order.
3. Delivery Method
All deliveries are arranged individually once order details are confirmed.
Delivery may be carried out by a third-party courier or local delivery partner, depending on the size, value, and destination of the order.
Gifts are carefully prepared and securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
4. Delivery Timescales
Delivery timescales are agreed with you after the order is confirmed.
As many products are curated or personalised, standard delivery timeframes may not apply.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
If you are ordering for a specific date or event, please let us know at the time of enquiry so we can confirm feasibility before proceeding.
5. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Delivery charges are confirmed once the delivery location and order details are known.
Any agreed delivery costs must be paid in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For business, corporate, or bulk orders:
Gifts can be delivered to a single business address or coordinated for delivery to multiple recipients.
Delivery arrangements, timing, and costs will be confirmed as part of the order discussion.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details for all recipients.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Any additional delivery charges incurred due to incorrect information may be passed on to you.
8. Risk and Responsibility
Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the specified address.
Where delivery is confirmed by the courier or delivery partner, this will be treated as proof of delivery.
Delivery attempts are subject to recipient availability. Where applicable, couriers may follow their standard delivery procedures.
9. Delays and Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God or force majeure events
During peak gifting periods or public holidays, delivery timelines may be impacted, and additional lead time may be required.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery.
Where possible, photographic evidence should be provided to help us investigate and resolve the issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
